Our wedding guests have the option of staying at the Hotel Alfonso XIII– where the wedding will take place – at a discounted price via a binding room block. If you would like to be part of the room block, the link can be found below.

 

The options for the room block are:

Deluxe Double King or Twin (315 EUR per night);

Grand Deluxe Double King or Twin (345 EUR per night);

Deluxe Suites (645 EUR per night)

 10% V.A.T. excluded, breakfast buffet included, and a 20% non-refundable deposit.

 

The block is for Friday 18th & Saturday 19th, however, up to 3 days before and after can be added. Please note that no additional rooms can be added to the block once created. If you decide to stay at the hotel and have missed out on the room block, then we will be able to provide you with a 15% off discount code (full price for rooms are around 450 EUR per night). ​​​​​​​​​​​

Reservation policy:

The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made before the May 18, 2025. Afterwards, the price offered is subject to modification.

Deposit policy:

Guests must provide their credit card details at the time of booking. 60 days prior to the arrival (18.05.2025) the 100% pre-payment of the stay will be charged on the given credit cards. The deposit is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

 

Cancellation policy:

60 days prior to arrival (18.05.2024) with no charge, no cancellation charges are applied. Within 59 day prior to the arrival (19.05.2025), full stay (all reserved rooms/nights as booked) will be charged as cancellation fee. No Shows will be charged at the full rate.
