The Real Alcazar is a historic royal palace in the city centre of Sevilla, and for my fellow Game of Thrones fans – it is also Dorne. It was originally an Islamic-era citadel (10th century), later converted into a palace by the Abbadid Dynasty (11th century) and Almohad Dynasty (12th century), and later rebuilt during the Castillian conquest (1284). Tickets need to be booked in advance and cost €33 per person.
